9 times over !
Instructor Neil ensures the trainee's technique is correct. Good deep breathing and a full stretch is essential for healthy lung function. Neil is also a former British Special Needs PowerLifting Champion (Middleweight Class) and holds 9 United Kingdom Special Olympic Records. Here he is assisting at one of the Over-50's Rehabilitation Sessions.
Bouncing back to health !
There are "No double somersaults yet !" - Just gentle stepping. This Trainee is on a Rehabilitation Programme following a Hip Replacement operation.
This low cost "Bouncer" is ideal for improving his balance and co-ordination whilst helping to return his confidence in movement without any impact.

Cardio Vascular Exercise.
An Over-50's Exercise Session. Recumbent Cycles allow for Cardio Vascular Exercise and Leg Strengthening without Back Strain.
Exercise is not only 
'Good for you' - sometimes 
it is essential.
David is 61 and was involved in a Car Crash. Both Legs and one Hip were severely fractured.
Although he now has many Pins and Plates in his Legs - he can Exercise safely and has regained much of his former Fitness and Strength.

At Full Stretch !
Stretching is an essential part of Rehabilitation Exercise - it also gives the Trainee a chance to Relax at the end of the Workout !
