Weekly sessions are held for Special Needs and Specific Groups, for example, Over 50's, Rehabilitation programmes, visually impaired people from the Forge Centre, Special Needs Power-Lifting and Ladies Only sessions. The Centre is a "Satellite Site" for Gloucestershire University and the Northern Institute of Massage and Physical Therapies. Health Education and Fitness Instructors Courses are run on a regular basis. | ||
